When You Receive Your Mangoes
Keep at room temperature — allow mangoes to ripen naturally in a warm place- Check them every couple of days to monitor ripeness and avoid over-ripening
- Consume within 2-3 days of receipt for the best flavour and freshness
Do not refrigerate unripe mangoes — cold temperatures stop the ripening process and cause blackening- Do not place near a heater or microwave — excessive heat can damage the fruit
